A 10 lesson program designed for the beginner or the first time golfer. Program cover the basic fundamentals of golf including:
Correct equipment required for golf
Basic rules and etiquette of golf
Correct posture and setup to reduce risk of injury and allow correct body rotation
Building an efficient golf swing

Bunker shots

A 10 lesson program for the golfer who has completed Beginners Introduction to Golf A and would now like to get an official USGA handicap or for current golfers who really struggle to shoot less than 100. Program covers the following:
Putting Skills: how to read a green/distance control
Chipping Skills: 1. controlling spin rate 2. lob shots
Bunker Shots: 1. correct trajectory and distance control 2. making adjustments to cope with difficult situations
Pitching: how to control your distance
Iron Play: 1. learning your correct yardages 2. middle of the green strategy
Driving: 1. playing to your strengths to hit more fairways 2. distance v. accuracy

This program is designed for the golfer who aspires to achieve a consistent standard of play at competition level. Program covers the following:
Fine tuning your golf swing
Shot making techniques-shaping your shots
Hitting trouble shots -uneven and difficult lies
Putting-achieving and maintaining a 30 putt average
Short game - playing the percentages
Course management
Develop a personalized training program
Controlling the mind - creating a pre shot routine
Dealing with anxiety-centering techniques
Visualization and imagery techniques
Importance of keeping and analyzing statistics

This package will include a lot of video analysis and use of appropriate drills . Giving you an insight into how tour players think and plan when preparing for tournaments, and how they manage their game during tournament play.

     
 
 
   
 
   

This is a 3 hour intensive program that will show you how to save 5 shots per round by working on your short game.

Considering that about 60% of your shots are played from within 50 metres from the hole, this is an important and often neglected part of your golf game.

Focusing on all aspects of Putting, Chipping and Bunker play, the short game course will have you feeling more confident around and on the greens in 3 hours. Course structure:

This program is designed for golfers of all skill levels. Regardless of whether you are a touring pro or a beginner, your course management will ultimately determine the score that you shoot.

If you wish to play at your best, you need a game plan every time you tee it up. This program will show you how to develop a game plan, and how to successfully implement it on the golf course. Course structure includes:
Preparing for your round

Developing your game plan and sticking to it

Risk v reward
Importance of a pre shot routine
When to play conservatively and when to go for it
Dealing with anxiety and arousal

Mental conditioning and control on the golf course
