Reservations: Shall be made in writing at least 1 month before the event date.
Confirmation: A signed copy of the quotation must be faxed to Kota Permai 14 days before the event and a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to confirm the booking.
Payment terms: 50% deposit to be paid at least 14 days before play date. Balance to be settled on play date by cash or credit card (Master / Visa).
